Information We Collect
When you complete our case review questionnaire we collect the information you provide: accident details (date, vehicle type, injuries, treatment, fault status) and contact information (name, phone number, email, ZIP code). We also automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, including via cookies and similar technologies used for analytics.
How We Use and Share Your Information
Case review submissions are shared with one or more independent, licensed attorneys or law firms (or their intake agents) for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. This is the core function of our service. We also use your information to operate and improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records of your communication consent.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing. We retain consent records (including the consent language shown, timestamp, and IP address) as required to demonstrate compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations.
Communication Consent
By submitting the case review form with the consent box checked, you expressly agree to be contacted by us and by participating firms by phone, SMS, and email, including via automated technology, at the contact points you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts or contacting us at intake@asktruckaccidentattorney.com.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any right, email intake@asktruckaccidentattorney.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify and respond within the timeframe your state's law requires.
Data Security & Retention
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. We retain lead and consent records for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date. Questions: intake@asktruckaccidentattorney.com.
